I've contacted the support team multiple times, and they only offered me a 15% refund, despite their policy clearly stating a 30-day money-back guarantee. This issue remains unresolved. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller; it's been incredibly frustrating. They do not provide a phone number for assistance, and I have to wait for approval to receive the return address.
