I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered two dolls and paid for express shipping to guarantee delivery before the holidays. Unfortunately, the dolls never arrived. The company provided no assistance in resolving the issue. My attempts to communicate were incredibly frustrating, and when I inquired about a replacement, my request was simply ignored.
