Purchased a doll with hair, and it was a huge disappointment! The hair falls out instantly upon touch, adhering to the doll's skin, hat, and clothes, while the eyelashes also come loose. I had to approach my bank for a complete refund, which I received after providing evidence of the issues and the poor customer service. They initially offered a 15% refund, later increasing it to 50%, but I insisted on a full refund, which I successfully obtained by citing faulty goods purchased from overseas. Never again!
