AVOID THIS STORE! No delivery, no support, and refusing to refund after their own shipping error
I placed an order (BBS00243853) on December 19, 2025, paying $148 USD, and I have yet to receive my items. The package was returned to the country of origin because Babeside failed to provide the mandatory documentation required by Brazilian Customs (RFB). They failed to include the basic commercial/scientific description required for tax processing—a fundamental responsibility of any international sender.
Since early January, I have sent 7 emails (Jan 10, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, and 23) requesting either a solution or a refund. Aside from a generic "please wait" response on Jan 10th, they have completely ignored my follow-ups and my formal request for a refund.
They have my money and the product, while I have nothing but ignored emails. This is unacceptable business practice. If you are an international buyer, be warned: if they mess up your shipping, they will stop responding and keep your money.
I demand my $148 USD refund immediately.
