This is my 2nd review for an update, and I cannot find me original review for some reason. They don’t even deserve one star! I believe all of the 5 stars are fake or paid for. The doll that was gifted to my daughter looked absolutely nothing like the doll that was ordered and had a horrible toxic smell, and the hair was falling out without it even being removed from the box.
Due to the concern of safety I requested a refund, they would only offer 15% and then 20%. I put a bad review on their facebook page and they blocked me! Then I came here and left a review explaining the whole thing and they commented saying they’d offer a full refund. Only after weeks of demanding a full refund, copy and pasting their “we’ll refund you 100%” comment from Trustpilot did they finally “escalate to a higher level” and give my mom the full refund but I believe they must have shown trust pilot that and had my original review removed!*** Any company that blocks you from facebook for giving an honest review is bad news***, let alone the false advertising and the toxic smell they “say is safe” but there’s no evidence of that. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable gifting this doll to a little girl for free because of how strong and toxic it smelled. Typically they charge you $80 to ship the doll to china which is the cost of the doll so it’s usually a lose lose situation. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
