My favourite company. Full stop. Ever. Never fail to amaze. Never beaten. Fact. I discovered Babi Pur over 2 years ago when my first child was just a few months old. I have spent...ooh I'm not sure I dare tally it up...since, on (literally countless) orders, and have been amazed in every instance. Not only is the selection of environmentally conscious, ethical, and sustainable products vast, varied, and exceptional, but it all reflects their attention to detail of service, and focus for their customers and ethos. Babi Pur interact with their costumer base in a way I've never, before or since, seen. They aren't just a shop, but a hub for what has become a phenomenal community of like minded parents to share ideas, suggestions, and inspiration for how to live better. They encourage the open flow of conversation and ideas within their Facebook group, Babi Pur Hangout. Within this group, with examples from other customers and Babi Pur themselves, I've found a wealth of knowledge to best use toys and other products, in a way that will best serve the environment and best serve my, now, 2 children. Our toys are better played with, our household is better organised, and our carbon footprint is smaller. All because we found a shop and bought a product a couple of years ago. Seriously, how many shops have such a wide ranging appeal and impact?The customer service is second to none and they set the bar incredibly high. Orders are delivered quickly, emails are responded to promptly, and they go the extra mile with everything they do. I don't have the faintest doubt that any problems I could potentially face would be taken seriously and resolved quickly.What really strikes me is how innovative they are as a company. They are always finding new and creative ways to engage people, to show how their products can be used the best, and to collaborate with charities and organisations who also share the vision they do. It's probably clear to see that we love Babi Pur and are thrilled to see their products in the photos that fill our children's photo albums. Babi Pur have literally centred my boys' childhoods and will hold a very dear and special place in our hearts, and households, forever. We love Babi Pur.
