We have shopped with Babi Pur for years, even before my first child was born they took the time to answer our queries about cloth nappies and offered advice; they are truly wonderful with any problems/ question customers have.I'm one of those customers who always seems to have 50 questions to ask and fair play, no matter how busy they are they always get back to me by the end of the day-- usually much sooner than that even. Their products are beautiful- they really care about the stuff they sell, and always research each product and company as well as their packaging etc before stocking the products, I've never seen another company that operates so efficiently whilst offering amazing personalised customer service and advice--- and super fast delivery!
