If you're considering purchasing from this service just because it’s slightly cheaper, I strongly advise against buying anything without seeing it in their warehouse first; they are simply not capable of providing proper information before the sale. Moreover, the promised additional one-month delivery time may extend by yet another month (or more) with no certainty at all. In summary, a disappointing post-sales experience and a complete failure to deliver the product. I had to follow up repeatedly for updates on my order placed on October 4th (with a promise of next-day shipment), and only parts were shipped after my inquiries. The main item, a stroller, was promised for early November but was delayed for another month without certainty. Their lack of solution-oriented approach is frustrating. Ultimately, the cancellation request for the missing item was made, as they complicate the process and do not track orders effectively. I would not recommend them if you seek a smooth purchase experience.
