The consultant came to our home on short notice when we were really struggling with feeding and weight loss, overwhelmed by conflicting advice and a lack of face-to-face help. She demonstrated various positions and techniques to assist with feeding, which were incredibly useful. She was realistic with her advice and pragmatic about how long I might need to combine feeding to eventually breastfeed exclusively again, which helped manage my expectations. Her follow-up email was also very helpful, and I encourage anyone considering reaching out to her to do so. I feel confident my feeding journey would not have been as positive without her help and kindness.
