I ordered their DreamNest product for my baby and after THREE months of waiting, finally reached out to say my baby had out grown the need for this product and I would like a refund since it still hadn’t arrived. They said that they can’t provide a refund because it is “In Transit”. Then a month after that this cheaply wrapped package arrives. I didn’t open it because I wanted to get a refund. They said they would send me a label but when I reached out for a label they said it’s still “in transit”. I’m so tired of this back and forth. They are clearly trying to make it as hard as possible to get a refund. I haven’t seen this product but I can tell it’s much smaller than pictured.
