I have concerns that they might be running a scam. I signed up late last year and have been involved for three years. The test shoot was great, and the photographer was excellent, but the agency has not followed up since. Email responses have been vague, indicating 'things look promising.' I signed up alongside a friend who also faced similar issues. I can't definitively call them a scam, but I regret signing up; their character seems questionable. To anyone reading this, check the reviews—negative ones often receive responses where the company claims the reviewers are lying. The reviews seem polarized between 5 stars and 1 star, with the latter criticizing the agency's operations. The photographer, who is no longer with them, was the only positive aspect of our experience. I've seen how they've treated him, and it's frankly disappointing. Don't be deceived by this company; they appear to prioritize profit over genuine opportunities.

The cost for 10 photos is £300, which is the cheapest option, and I've learned that other agencies prefer natural home photos for applications. While the photos of our son are nice, we were led to believe that paid jobs would come quickly to offset this cost. I reached out to inquire about job opportunities and received minimal information. Despite their claims of selecting only children with potential, we haven’t received a single notification about being submitted for any jobs. This company isn't a scam, but their lack of communication is concerning. After paying the joining fee, it feels like they have your money with little interest in helping you find work. I suspect they don't have many opportunities compared to the number of children they represent. I recommend exploring free agencies instead to save the £80 and avoid the unnecessary photoshoot.
Excuse my curiosity, but I've noticed that most reviews only discuss the test shoot experience and the kindness of the representative. I'm wondering about the actual modeling opportunities for children. Is the agency primarily focused on photoshoots while charging clients? Why charge for a photoshoot if kids will be listed on the platform after paying a listening fee?
We joined the agency in August and have just received our first paid job offer. The website and customer service are significantly better than those of other agencies we've worked with. We're consistently updated on new casting opportunities. Overall, a very good agency.
I'm giving this a 2-star rating as I'm still unsure. I hope to revise this review later, but I'm feeling skeptical. My daughter was accepted the day after we applied, which was surprising. However, I've had no luck reaching anyone since then. I did receive a nice phone call the next day, but after paying £99 to sign up, I was eager for the experience. The test shoot was decent, with a professional photographer, but we struggled to find the location at first due to a mix-up. We had no way to contact anyone for help since it was a Sunday. Although we chose to purchase a package of photos, we haven't received them yet, and I can't get in touch for updates. If I don't hear back soon, I might cancel and ask for a refund. I'm hoping this isn't a scam, especially after reading other negative reviews. I will update my review if things improve. **UPDATE** I received a prompt response and the photographs, and I’m looking forward to my daughter being considered for opportunities. I've lowered my rating to 3 stars as my interactions have been positive so far, though better communication would help alleviate concerns.
