Been here once before, so when I saw they had an offer for 3d/4d scans at £39, i booked another. Little did i know it would be cancelled due to the snow. This was on the 5th Jan. I couldnt rebook due to working, so i asked for a refund. I rang, messaged and emailed and still nothing. Luckily i paid through paypal! So they have refunded me. All i got was it needs passing to the manager .... (wakefield branch)Such a shame really
