I paid in full for a private scan with this clinic. Unfortunately suffered a terrible miscarriage on Christmas eve and had to cancel my scan. I gave them 3 weeks notice to cancel the appointment but when I rang up was told they do not give refunds. Profiting from women who have suffered miscarriages is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, unethical and according to the Consumer Rights Act, totally illegal. I explained this to the colleague dealing with my call who then said they would take it up with a manager who would contact be back the same day but still have not. I will be escalating this further.
