As a BTech graduate who wasn't fond of coding, I aimed for a management role in IT, like Business Analyst or Scrum Master. A cousin introduced me to a program that helped her become a Business Analyst. With that encouragement, I met the instructor and enrolled. The experience was rewarding; I learned to function as a BA in real projects, rather than just theoretical knowledge. Interestingly, among the seven participants, three had attended other training centers but struggled to pass interviews. This highlighted the importance of gaining actual work experience for a successful BA transition. I'm thankful I joined, as I secured a job on my third interview attempt. I genuinely enjoyed the project work, and the feedback from each interview helped me identify areas for improvement. There's much more to say, but I hope this review conveys that such small batch programs are rare in the country. This is my way of expressing gratitude to an institution that has significantly shaped my professional journey. Thank you very much!
