I’ve worked with Eric for a little over 2 years and the transformation has been astounding. I had allowed myself to get out of shape working a desk job and having two kids through COVID. I had never quite taken the nutrition side of things quite as serious but decided to follow his approach. It was much easier than counting calories or macros each day and has become intuitive. I shockingly dropped 8 pounds in the first 2 weeks and 20 pounds within 4 months (weight I didn’t know I could lose only starting at 165). I have since been building muscle and have maintained a lean physique while added size ever since. There were aches and pains along the way and he was sure to adapt my programming and/or provide recommended prehab/stretching routines to help work through or around these issues as they came and went. More importantly, he also helped my mental growth, working through and becoming the strong leader a family needs.
