I’m 63 and first time I have signed up with a fitness coach. WHY DID I NOT DO THIS DECADES AGO!!! Eric is awesome. He formed a personalized plan for exercise and nutrition and (drum roll) IT WORKS! He and his team encourages and challenges you to WANT to do the plan and stick with it. They are the BEST. I already (after 3 months) look and feel so much better. You have to do the work - but they help you and it works! What a great team. So glad I chose Bach Performance. Kudos!
