I started following Eric a couple of years ago on IG. He’s smart! Everything he says and posts is legit. I wasn’t a newby to fitness but had fallen out of love with anything exercise. I hired him bc I needed someone I believed in and trusted. After 3 months of being reminded daily to get out of bed, go walk, be consistent with workouts, breathe and eat better (thats the hardest) Having someone to hold me accountable, I’ve made some solid changes. I am 48 and my goals for 50 are steep. My schedule is challenging but he helped me to make time bc even when it’s hard and feels impossible, there is something we can change to make the impossible, possible. I’m certainly more confident in my swimsuit and in general. My depression is better. My sleep is better. My body feels and looks better.
