I made a mistake and ordered the wrong part. Arranging a return, refund and order of the right part was a brilliantly simple experience. My only slight negative is if you don’t sign up for an account when checking out, you don’t seem to get delivery notifications. Unsure if that’s a website bug or something specific to my order. I had to email after a week to confirm if anything was happening after the only email was the automated invoice.
