Great product, good invention, easy to use. I have tennis elbow and was finding the standard mouse was making it worse, but not anymore, the new roller mouse has allowed me to rest my arm which has reduced my pain. So would highly recommend. Only (minor) down side is if you have an extra wide monitor (80cm long), sometimes you have to move the roller mouse from end to end on the bar to reset the location on the screen. Also, a bit pricey but definitely worth it in the long run!
