Bought a $475 white/light grey office chair. Got sent a BLACK one. They were super apologetic and had someone collect the chair to return it and send me the correct colour. Gave me a 15% refund which was nice and they sent the chair I originally ordered. I have just recieved the other one today and it's the wrong colour again!!! It's a dark grey. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time.
