Please do not use this companyBackdrop Source do not care about customer service. We spent thousands on new event setup, and they printed different shades of orange for essentially everything. So our setup does not look clean, consistent, and professional; it looks like we have ordered from 5 different companies everything is so inconsistent. We ordered 1 banner first to see if we liked the quality and colour, we did and then asked them to reprint 2 more banners and 3 tablecloths. When they arrived, they were completely different colours, even the banners and tablecloths were different colours. We then rang and asked if we could reprint and they basically told us it was our fault as we approved the proof, even though we had specifically asked to match our HEX code on all orders. We then re-ordered another banner to match the new order so that we would have enough for our tradeshow. This one came, and it is a different colour to the other 2 orders. We emailed them for support, and they didn't reply. In short, just stay away from this company; they do not care about satisfaction, they only care about money.
