this Is my second order with your company and both times there have been delays due to the proofs not being correct on your end - grommets not showing on proof, the correct amount of grommets not showing even though the order page said every two feet, poor communication from your reps, poor quality showing on the proof yet your rep says it will be high quality when printed. i should have cancelled the order as it will arrive too late to be of any use to me now. The reps, especially Jennifer, purposefully misunderstand requests and the replies make zero sense.
