We attended an event at the ridge in St. Albert. The artists were great however the venue needed to up their game a bit. The event was advertised as a listening room, blue bird cafe style however no one introduced it and everyone in the place just talked through the whole performance. They only had one bartender on so the wait was long for drinks. They were understaffed for wait staff. We waited over an hour just to get food orders. It was great to have an event like this at a local establishment however a bit more planning would have made for a better experience.
