What a letdown. Paid for a service that was never provided. It felt almost like a scam. I completed the product registration process, paid, and found nothing in my account. Just an option to change the secret question. No email confirmed registration or receipt (payment was definitely made). When I logged off and tried to log back in, my email and password didn’t work. Please don’t trust this service for your own sake. I read the negative reviews but didn’t believe them because of the many positive ones, but I was mistaken. Don’t make the same error as I did.
