The customer service is awesome. Even though I live nearly 2000 kilometers away from the shop, they make me feel like I'm walking in the shop. Responses to emails are so fast and even ordering via email was a good experience. Parcels are sent fast and it takes only 5ish days for a parcel to arrive to the other side of Europe. Once I ordered more shuttles than they had in stock, and they contacted me right away to correct the order and get my order shipped asap. They changed the needed shuttles for more expensive ones for the same price and my order was then shipped right away.I wanted a racket that they did not have in stock. Whereas other shops simply told me that they don't have the racket, Badmintonplanet proposed that they could order it from the manufacturer. My order (made via email) shipped today and I am very happy with the customer service.After three orders I have nothing else bad to say about the shop, that the rackets should have weights and handles listed in the webstore. However, if you ask from the customer service they will answer you right away.5/5, will order many many times again in the future.
