I paid £5.99 at 16:14 yesterday (Wednesday) for next day delivery and received a dispatch confirmation email at 18:17. According to the company's terms, next day delivery is available until 9 PM. Now it's 21:00 today (Thursday) and the package still hasn't arrived. I can't even reach Customer Service since their lines close at 17:00. This is not next day delivery; it's a scam, and it's the worst online experience I've ever had.
