The gloves I ordered turned out to be out of stock - They offered me a refund, but I really wanted the these particular gloves, so they went over and above to source some for me. Communication was excellent throughout the process. When the gloves arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken in wrapping and packaging them, it was like receiving a birthday gift.
