This is a SCAM.Website looks thorough and legitimate. Pre-sales contact generally helpful. I paid £45 for collection of two bags from Heathrow.On the day - no one there to meet us. Waited an hour and a half. Didn’t answer the provided “emergency” phone line. Phone on website goes to a competitor’s helpdesk. No responses since to email, Facebook message, voicemail or phone call.I seem to have lost my money and incurred new costs and inconvenience moving and storing my bags for the day. Don’t fall for this.
