It has been 1 month since order was placed, still have not recieved my product. Tracking is very vague, cannot even tell if item is still in China or if even made it to US yet. Last date on the tracking app was 2 weeks ago. Starting to regret if this was a real transaction. I will give it few more days to see if I need to cancel this transaction.Addend: Item finally recieved almost 7 weeks since order date. Chanel box is smashed and damaged, fortunately item was not. I will not be ordering from this site again. No follow ups by web site regarding my order, except multiple emails for review and ratings even before I recieved item.
