Really disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 of the exact same item, same shipping etc...one on Dec 14th (Order A), one on Dec 16th (Order B). I received order B on December 19th. I contacted customer service as this made no sense Order A (the earlier one) had not been dispatched/delivered. Order A still shows order in production with a note they're busy so there are delayed. Customer service were no help, I asked for a refund of the express shipping and confirmation when Order A would be dispatched by close of business, unsuprisingly no update as promised.
