I cant fault the help and support recieved was above expectations, always on hand for advice and help. From my first flight to having work carried out by Moon Smile experience first few days was exceptional they helped me understand what was happening and why more complicated than thought looking forward to my 2nd trip and hopefully made to feel welcome again. Also to Asena who was there everystep of the way without her i feel been more difficult to handle the care given was more than 100% even after being home shes checking in hope all things settle. Not sure on the outcome but will find out when go back fingers crossed.
