But within a short time, my experience was little different as they offered me reasoning and I realized that where I obviously didn’t pay attention, it wasn’t the Company’s fault. Then to receive a personal message from Emerald, informing me they was going to refund my account surprised me. It showed me they were a good company who did care about their customers.
