She is truly an exceptional IVF coordinator, always available from day one until the very last step of my treatment, ready to answer our questions whether by text, call, or in person.That same day, we also met Dr. Mehmet, who immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. You can genuinely see and feel how excellent he is as a doctor, the clarity with which he explains everything and the thoughtful way he prescribes the medications needed for IVF treatment. Even though I knew my chances of success were lower because of my age, the way he explained everything gave us hope and encouraged us to remain positive.From egg retrieval to embryo transfer, I felt completely at ease with the environment and with all the staff, especially with the way Dr. Mehmet handled the procedures. I was truly amazed at how well-organized and professional everything was. Having previously gone through IVF in the US, I was surprised because not once there did an embryologist explain the status of my embryos. At Bahçeci, however, the embryologist took the time and effort to explain everything clearly, with Siham by our side throughout.
