I would give zero stars after travelling from Stuttgart to Linz with my 2years old..DB cancelled my train three hours prior departure, unfortunatelly it was the train in the mid part of my journey..what? Ohh yeah, we must be flexible, right :) And yeah, they charge you 10€ for booking the seat but they do not care if the seat is available !!! This causes enormous chaos on the board, it is a nightmare travelling with DB. I would rather go by bike the next time :) horrible service, the stuff is also not helpful at all, they don ´ t care at all.
