Purchased a swimwear set, including bathers and a wrap. The bathers were snug but manageable; however, the color faded due to stretching. I intended to exchange them for a larger size since the wrap dress was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the policy only allows exchanges and not refunds, which posed a problem as I had a holiday planned soon after. The timeframe didn't allow for returns and reshipment, plus shipping fees added up. I returned the items, but now they claim they haven't received the package. If it doesn't turn up, I might lose everything! The $600 I spent is now listed for around $150!
