I'm still waiting for my exchange to be processed. I expected priority for orders exchanged before Black Friday, but that hasn’t happened, and my emails have gone unanswered. This first experience with the company has not been positive, and the customer service is lacking. I understand the challenges faced by small businesses, but I've received excellent service from others, so I feel that shouldn't excuse poor support. Additionally, having to pay $10 for return shipping for an exchange was quite surprising.
