Avoid This Store! Terrible Return Policy and Customer ServiceI had a very frustrating experience with this store, and I want to warn others before making a purchase. First, their return policy is a huge disappointment—it’s store credit only, which means you’re stuck with an unwanted item. I had a conversation with their "fit" expert about sizing, but even after following their advice, I wasn't satisfied with the suit. Despite this, they refused to offer a refund and only provided store credit. A pricey mistake.On top of that, they charge a hidden $8.50 shipping fee—even though they advertise "free shipping." There’s no clear explanation for this charge, which felt very misleading. And when you decide you want to return the items for store credit you have to pay $25 for a DHL return label. All this should be disclosed up front people.Finally, they make it difficult to post a review. I had to go through Trustpilot to post this review.
