Ordered a Baiia bathing suit after seeing several ads on social media. It is beautiful, however I don’t like the fit and don’t find it comfortable. It never occurred to me that an online bathing suit seller wouldn’t allow returns and refunds. They only allow exchanges. However, they don’t have a huge variety of products and since I don’t like the fit of the bathing suit (I tried 2 sizes and both don’t work for my body) a credit does me no use. Just want to make sure people are aware before purchasing. I would never have purchased had a realized I wouldn’t be able to return and get a refund if I didn’t like it. I think this is a horrible policy for a company who only sells online and sells a finicky product that needs to tried on!
