Swimsuit arrived and is far too big. I ordered my usual dress size but there is a big gap on the butt and no support in the top pieces. I have tried to contact their customer support about exchanging for a smaller size but the return function on the website doesn’t work or recognize my order number and the emails don’t seem to go through to the email addresses listed on the website. There is no phone contact. I’d hoped to take them on holidays next week but with no response or any way to contact them to facilitate an exchange or refund looks like I may have just lost over $400 on ill-fitting swimmers! What’s stated in their returns policy appears to be for show only - I wouldn’t trust it if you’re not absolutely sure they’ll fit you. Extremely disappointing.
