Buyers BEWARE

Buyers BEWARE. This company does not do returns, only exchanges. I didn’t know this when ordering my suit- I guess I just assumed a $230 suit would be returnable. When I got the suit I thought it was the wrong fit, because it was uncomfortable. I had to pay $25 to return it back to Australia. I had a fit consultation, received my second suit and it was HORRIBLY uncomfortable. The fabric has no give. Not to mention it’s like three or 4 pieces of fabric that you’re wearing… it’s just too much. You’re not going to be comfortable swimming in this, I can guarantee it. Frankly, If you like feeling like a stuffed sausage then this is the suit for you. I begged and pleaded for a refund instead of store credit but they are making me pay ANOTHER $25 to return it again. At this point I have almost $300 invested in swim suits. They gave some excuse about how they are a small business and that’s why they don’t do refunds but I have literally TRIED to like two swim suits now and it just doesn’t work for me no matter what suit I buy. I asked if they would make an exception as I don’t want to go through this process a third time and they won’t budge. Super disappointed in the customer service and just the suit in general.
