Worst experience. No customer phone number. I ordered $900+ worth of swimwear for myself and my family for a long vacation at the beach. The order never came … I live in the US and DHL wouldn’t send the order through once it got to the US because Baiia didn’t respond to questions they had. The order was returned to Australia and I have still not received my refund after numerous emails to them with no response after several weeks. I am now filing a complaint with my payment company. I would not buy anything from this company.
