I was excited to try these bathers from all the hype I’d seen online. Saved up as they are premium. Filled out the algorithm on their website to get the recommended size, and followed their fitting video to a tee when they arrived. Instructions explicitly state the bathers will be very tight, and even that some snapping may be heard and not to worry, so I persisted in trying on the top which was in reality just too small. I was careful, wearing no jewellery or make up. After an hour of not being able to breathe and my breast popping out, I decided to return them. Baiia are now claiming I damaged their bathers and are refusing to give me a store credit. There is phone number to call, only email, and they won’t budge. Replies are insultingly insincere, ending in “Warmest, x” every time. I honestly feel robbed and feel like I have no recourse 💔
