Awful Customer Service & Puzzling Design

As many other customers have mentioned. Their returns policy is archaic and absolutely horrendous - you pay to return items $10 a pop and they won't issue a refund under any circumstances. Credit offered - but hard to find anything else as they only offer one style of swimwear and over priced sarongs made in China. Costume itself if like a jigsaw puzzle - a one piece comes in three pieces, a bikini in four (with an extra ribbon thrown in). Takes a lot of effort to style it as shown. Take it on and off is annoying as well.Multiple emails from the company claiming they understand disappointment but won't budge. And they would prefer to encourage customers to report them to the Department of Fair Trading or the ACCC - and to resolve the matter directly with them rather than please a customer. Agree with others, there are many other online swimwear stores which value their customers. Please shop with them.
