A frustrating experience 😭 Caution: NO REFUNDS. I decided to invest in swimwear for an upcoming trip, measuring myself according to the guidelines and consulting a 'fitting specialist' since my usual size is 12, but the size guide suggested 8 and 10. When they arrived, they were far too small and tight, so I returned them (at my own cost) just in time for my flight. The next set was STILL too small. I ended up going to a different store where I found beautiful swimwear I could try on for only $100 instead of $300. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund, so I had to order a larger size again at my expense, despite their sizing being quite flawed. They fit okay but sag at the back and are not worth the price at all. Additionally, I received a 'free' kaftan for spending so much, but it’s incredibly unattractive—made of a plastic-like material that feels uncomfortable. The policy of exchanging items but not offering refunds says a lot.
