Booked and confirmed a Luton Van with 2 men for a 12.00 pick up.Called them at 12.15 and was told they took another job! and they would call back.After numerous calls from us they admitted they made a mistake with no solution.At 15.00 they sent a van with 1 driver which was impractical as our new home was on the third floor and the driver only took the goods to the 1st floor as "had he been told it was on the third floor he would have declined the job" Our parents had to then help lug the furniture.Their customer service was non existant and communication/resolution poor.It was not a smooth and stress free experience as stated on their booking/website.
