I placed an order for a bouquet on 14th November, expecting it to be delivered on time for an important occasion. Shockingly, the website cancelled my order at the very last minute, citing a “shortage of service” in my area. If they cannot fulfill orders in certain locations, this should be communicated upfront—not when the delivery is due.What’s worse, they assured me that my refund would be processed within 5–7 working days, yet despite repeated follow-ups, no refund has been issued.Based on other reviews also, it feels the website is not trustworthy. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before placing an order here. Poor service, zero accountability, and a frustrating customer experience.
