I have placed one order yesterday, [13th November], for a chocolate and a bouquet intended for a office colleague on his birthday. The order was prepaid and scheduled for delivery today, [5-6 Pm, 14th November].Unfortunately, the delivery has not occurred. I have made several attempts to contact the company but have been unable to reach anyone. - The phone number listed on the website is not connecting. - The dedicated customer care number appears as "fraud" on Truecaller and is non-functional. - The online chat feature continuously redirects me to send an email again and again.This experience has been extremely frustrating which is lack of reliable communication channels with vendor.Don't trust this company services.Total fraud and SCAM
