I ordered cake and a bouquet for friend's birthday but nothing was delivered. They take ordered and don't deliver. Neither the refund has been processed since last 3 months. Customer care number does not work while chat redirect to send mail. Mail response commits to refund but never process the refund. They are fooling people hurting sentiments and looting people in name of online cake delivery.Don't trust this platform rather use someone who is real
