I placed Order #37813 with Bakings.in, which was cancelled due to service unavailability in my area. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 5–7 working days. However, even after multiple follow-ups and over a week of waiting, I have still not received my refund.The lack of communication, delayed refund, and poor customer service have been extremely disappointing. I had to follow up three times without any proper response or resolution.Based on this experience, I will not recommend Bakings.in to anyone. Unreliable delivery and refund processes like this are unacceptable for any business promising customer satisfaction.
