I ordered a cake on 10th Dec 2025, and as of today, 5th Jan, I still haven't received my refund. Despite sending multiple emails, there has been no response from the company. This situation is completely unacceptable and very frustrating. Additionally, their customer care number is unreachable, which feels deceptive. I strongly advise against ordering from this platform.
